Mystic Mug v Lawro: Man City v Villa

Mystic Mug v Lawro: Man City v Villa

BBC Pundit Lawro, has predicted on BBC Sport a 3-0 loss to Villa away to Manchester City.

Lawro, leading Mystic Mug 6-3 on correct predictions, says he felt sorry for Villa against United last week, however on the upcoming Manchester game:

"You have to remember that Roberto Mancini's side are still unbeaten in the league this year, and his only problem is that one or two of his players are still playing like they know they won the title last season and are resting on their laurels a little bit."

Adding, despite a slow start to the season, "I still fancy them to be too strong for Villa, however. I know Lambert's team beat them at the Etihad Stadium in the Capital One Cup earlier this season but this will be a totally different proposition. "

Mystic Mug wants to argue but can`t, however he does predict a closer game and says 2-1 to Man City.

Can't really argue with that. They do have a fantastic home record in the league and if we get anything it would be a massive bonus.

It's a massive ask to get anything from there, so I'll take the 'little victories' like a good performance and a goal is better than a pasting and a bad performance. Then onto the Arse and we have a chance of an upset against them, I feel.
