Injury News For Both Villa And Manchester United

It is injury update time folks!

www.avfc.co.uk list Darren Bent, Joe Bennett and Richard Dunne are struggling to be fit for our game v Man Utd.

Dunne is no shock really is it, he`s not been fit yet and he`s got a twinge in training.

Bennett apparently keeps having problems with his knee and despite some reports saying Bent was fit for this weekend, he is still having problems with his ankle.

Oh and Eric Lichaj is suspended

And to complete the list, Nathan Baker is still out with his ankle injury and Charles N`Zogbia is out of contention with his knee problem.

Apart from that we are ok!!!!!!!!!!!!!

Karim El Ahmadi is back from his one game suspension.

For Manchester United defender Jonny Evans is struggling to be fit as he has a groin problem. Nani, Shinji Kagawa, Phil Jones and Nemanja Vidic are all out.

Risk starting Stevens or is it Delph to left-back time.......or do we dig out Stevie Warnock's last known address....?

with a young and inexperienced squad the injury list really is the last thing we needed isn't it?! Shame, but hey, that is footie for you I guess.

I'd have Delph at LB, Stevens is too inexperienced for a start against Man Utd, he looked shaky enough against Sunderland when he came on. And Warnock's still on loan at Bolton isn't he?
