Bent on the bench, must be saving him ready for the bench on Saturday.

done some more investigation and it seems there is quite probably a financial benefit to The Great Randolfio if Bent puts in an xfer request....which if he continues to not start he is bound to do because he cannot get back in England side without game time, and time is running out.

Financial benefits will not be in the equation. Its clearly a management choice based on playing styles. Nothing else IMHO.

I think that only financial benefits are in the equation at this football club right about now - but anyway, you agree that if you were strategically looking to get a player to hand in a request, this is exactly what you would do.....? Like they say: it quacks it waddles it ducks - its a duck.
malacaxeta
in any case if it was about playing styles - SHOULD HAVE SOLD HIM IN THE SUMMER !

Good away win with a nervous end with 3-2 and Benteke double. I will look forward to the match report. UTV.

Well said Gordon. It's clear that he doesn't offer as much as any of the other attackers and definitely doesn't deserve a god given right to start or even play. Lambert is playing what he thinks will do the job and Bencht is where he's earnt to be.
