Fair enough, we've got to give our number 1 striker (Benteke ) a rest after his breaking the deadlock and scoring TWICE for one of the best national teams around whilst Bencht was probably out shopping again...

Oh why are we playing Delph yet again? I never feel safe with him in the start up.

change the ******** record mate - getting a bit tedious. This is for me just about our best lineup. I hope Baker proves a point today.

Like the lineup too but how you can say that Benteke at only 21 years old and as many international goals already as Bencht is not our first choice is amazing. Nice to see Irealnd and Delph will compliment him and come good given a run in the team. The quality is there.

Its not 442 anyway Gabby is starting so ita 4-3-3 or 4-2-3-1... Benteke has hit form during the internationals would have preferred to see Gabby dropped... hopefully he proves me wrong :)

Two games in a week though 444, probably Lambert thought better to rest and use two fresh strikers. He should change things around. Also think Benteke needs to be in and out of games as he is still young and getting to pace with PL. It was only Scotland he scored v, that is 3rd division! lol

Fair point Fear. Heskey could score against the Scots!!! Lol. Don't want to see Bannan and NZog on at 65-70 mins again, that's getting a bit repetitive even though think that Nzog is getting better.

Honestly, I think it's time to forget about merit. Gonna have to get the big names in and make sure they perform because we're cuting off our nose despite our face right now. Bent, N'Zogbia, Given, Benteke & Albrighton all gotta start for the foreseeable.

It's cutting off your nose to spite your face. Not despite your face. Lol
