Which Keeper Should Be 1st Choice? (Poll Results)

Vital Villa asked...

Which keeper should be first choice?

Poll Date: 16 Oct 2012
Suggested By: JP Fear

And the masses decreed:

Guzan home kit

Brad Guzan 85%

given

Shay Given 13%

Unsure/not fussed 2%

I have to be honest, I`ve no worries with either of them in the team, but I do hope that Guzan becomes the next great USA keeper import, we`ve had a few in the Premiership including the legendary Brad Friedel obviously.

Shay Given recently admitted he was gutted to have lost his place in the team but will continue to train and work hard to get it back: Given Gutted - Guzan Delighted!

Right result at the moment, Guzan hasn't really put a foot wrong and until he does the position is his to lose.

Nothing wrong with beards but, as someone else on here pointed out, that particular beard made him bear an uncanny resemblance to Anders Breivik -which is never a good look!

Back on topic - he definitely deserves his place as number 1. Great to have Given as number two keeping Guzan on his toes too.
