'If It's Football, It's Vital'

Turning Green, Charles Apologises

Rangers chief exec Charles Green has now apologised for his earlier comments about Villa.

There's only a snippet on the BBC:

'Mr Green has sent an apology to Aston Villa saying there had been no intention to cause offence.'

A Rangers spokesperson said.

Hopefully in time, that statement will be expanded and be a little less generic, but it's a start.

The trick is, to talk your own club up, without talking other clubs down - that's the fans' job.

Who cares what the Chief Exec of a Scottish Third Division club thinks anyway! Joker
antvillan
well said antvillan. We'll win a second European Cup before they win a first!

Silly man. Stupid comment. No need for it. I am sure the vast majority of Rangers fans were embarrassed by his comments. Needs to concentrate on sorting out the mess at Ibrox before having opinions on other clubs.
krfeskivilla
This guy wants to talk about his team in a European Super League ? didnt they just lose to mighty Stirling Albion I bet Real Madrid and Barcelona are quaking in their boots.
