'If It's Football, It's Vital'

Turning Green, Charles Apologises

Rangers chief exec Charles Green has now apologised for his earlier comments about Villa.

There's only a snippet on the BBC:

'Mr Green has sent an apology to Aston Villa saying there had been no intention to cause offence.'

A Rangers spokesperson said.

Hopefully in time, that statement will be expanded and be a little less generic, but it's a start.

The trick is, to talk your own club up, without talking other clubs down - that's the fans' job.

Silly man. Stupid comment. No need for it. I am sure the vast majority of Rangers fans were embarrassed by his comments. Needs to concentrate on sorting out the mess at Ibrox before having opinions on other clubs.
