Drennan Hits A Hat-trick

Irish Villans will be doubly pleased with the development of Jack Grealish and Michael Drennan, especially as the latter found the net three times in the Republic's 5-2 win over Luxembourg.

Drennan opened the scoring on 8, before adding a second on 21 before completing his threesome 10 minutes from time.

The U19 lads go again on Saturday against FYR Macedonia before the crunch clash against Germany on Tuesday. The Germany tie especially looks set to be a huge battle as Germany currently top the group on goal difference.

Wonder how long it'll be before we see both of them gaining a chance in the first team?

You don't have to be an Irish Villan to be pleased with how these two ladsare shaping up. Keep it up you Young Lions.....

And on Saturday..... "The deadlock was finally broken in the 81st minute when Mikey Drennan grabbed the game’s winning goal when he once more latched onto an excellent Sadlier cross to stroke home at the far post to the delight of the Irish team."
