Lawro has told BBC Sport that Villa will win 2-1 against the Baggies on Sunday (4pm kick off)
The match of the day pundit says " This is not THE derby for Aston Villa because that is against Birmingham, but they will still see the Baggies as a scalp and the home crowd will definitely be fired up, even if the game might not turn out to be a classic."
Must admit, this was THE derby once and I prefer it, if we never played the Blues again it would be too soon!
"Villa did well in their win over Swansea and played okay for the first half against Southampton, then seemed to capitulate which I think happens with younger players."
He also points out that none of the players have any fear for it being a derby as they`ve not played in this game before and the preparation wining over Manchester City in the League Cup will have done their confidence no end of good.
On the plus side for Paul Lambert's side, his players won't have any fear in this game because most of them won't have played in a derby of this size before.
Mystic Mug
is in a right strop. First time he`s been positive all season v Saints and we get a hiding!
He also points out the latest results are very mixed message wise as our new players settle in. The worry is how they did capitulate v the Saints having played well for large parts of the game, however the win v Man City has just about restored his faith in what most of us know will be a rollercoaster season.

Muggy says home win, 2-0 but says if they blow this one, he`ll stop polishing his balls and give up (until the next time obviously)
Oh and he`s asked me not to mention that he is 2-1 down to Lawro in correct predictions right now so I won`t!
