Fourth Round Draw - It's Swindon!

We enjoy a trip away to Swindon in the fourth round of the Capital One Cup.

Ohhhh isn't it exciting!

Full draw:

Sunderland v Middlesbrough
Swindon v Aston Villa
Wigan v Bradford
Leeds v Southampton
Norwich v Spurs
Liverpool v Swansea
Chelsea v Man United
Reading v Arsenal

No doubt everyone will be talking about Chelsea v Man U, but for me the interesting tie is Brendan Rodgers!

Full house under the floodlights, Dont think it will be a walk in the park "THE FEAR"..... We have only lost one league game in a year at home. Ask Stoke and Wigan if Swindon are a push over? :)
STFC_Gazza
Di Canio doesnt ***** around... we could have got a tougher match but Swindon wont be easy...
CDX_EIRE
Ha, went on the Swindon site and asked if they fancied a game v us! Thought it would be villa park though. Decent draw that, no cup game is a given though, so agree Gazza!

I'll take that. Live 20 mins down the road! Happy days!

Froggy. Thats is all.

Yep, could of been a lot tougher (Southampton away).... but it certainly won't be easy. We;ll have to be on our mettle to come away with the desired result.
Pride of Lions
Live 35 mins from ground and work at the club so absolutely delighted...Will be a full house and will make for a decent match and I anticipate a few goals one way or the other...Feel we will take this serious and field a strong team mind!!!

I used to live 5 mins walk from the County Ground ! Happy days.. Swindon won't be a push-over, Di Canio's got them playing well enough to believe they can get back to back promotions. Interesting one..

Adecent tie for us, winnable but not at a level that we might fall into the trap of underestimating them. Asfor the rest of the ties, a few interesting ones there, Chelski vs MUTD and Liverpool ves Swanseas having already been mentioned and Sunderland vs Middlesbrough is pretty much a local derby. It should be fun to see what happens.

Will be an absolute cracking game I think, early prediction Villa 3-2
AdzVilla11
Well with Chelski playin Manuire its great for us as thats one of them gone and avoided next round, im startin to smell cup success on the horizon ''Lambo win us a cup, Lambo Lambo win us a cup''!
clivethevillan
Di Canio took his team to Stoke and turned them over very much depends on which Villa turn up we will have to match them for spirit and commitment.

Gotta be honest apart from the Miracle of the Man City game, i wouldn't fancy us to beat any of the last 16 at their place (not including playing ourselves lol). Swindon will be tough but I'm sure there a lot tougher games we could of ended up with. Fancy the winner of Leeds v Southampton next - at home of course.

James Collins (not 'Ginge', the other one) will be up for this one. Bet he won't be asking Barry Bannan for a lift home afterward...
