Richard Dunne Injury Setback?

Only a very brief injury snippet. We are still waiting to see the extent of the Stephen Ireland injury (see: Ireland In Arm Break? )

but also according to Mat Kendrick ‏@MatKendrick (on twitter)

"Might have slipped under the radar, but Richard Dunne has suffered a setback with his recovery from groin surgery. #avfc"

What will we do without him.
Villa_Grizzly
Wouldn't mind him back...Needs to lose weight before he gets anywhere near the first team though.
P.Avfc
I think him and Vlaar could form a real strong partnership.

Groin surgery, setback, recovery, train, gain match fitness, I doubt we'll be seeing too much of Dunne.

I'd have him back asap, we really lack experience and Clark hasn't convinced me yet (although I do think he will in time), especially yesterday. I also think Vlaar and Dunne would be pretty solid.

Well i would prefer Baker to dunne, ijust think Dunne is utter tosh and a waiste of space the sooner we sod him off the better the way he's let this club down over the years dusrespecting the club own goals oh and his favourite move giving away penalties, pfff no thanks!
clivethevillan
With the bookings Vlaar and Clark are picking up, we'll need Dunnies experience sooner rather than later. This could be a blow if it's bad.
Pride of Lions
So long as hes fit to move on in the january window couldnt give a flying. Yeh we would get 1 or 2 decent games out of him under Lambert then it would be own goals and pens galore again,no thanks use Baker instead.
