Lichaj Expecting Tough Encounter

Eric Lichaj has said that Saints will be doubly tough this weekend because they'll be out to avenge the Arsenal result.

Speaking to the Official Site the American said:

'They'll be looking for a win, so it's not going to be easy. I know they've had a tough run of games, but they'll have a tough game with us as well. It will be harder because they'll be looking for a reaction from their last match, but they'll be in for a shock if they think we are going to be easier opponents than the teams they've played. I'll tell you that right now.'

Consider me told then! Fighting talk from our leftback, I like it!

I know we all keep saying it, but what a difference a few months makes to the vibe coming out in player interviews now.

You tell em Lichaj, our new look back 4 looks pretty mean nowadays aswell! Wouldn't fancy coming up against any of them!

I love that sort of chat from our defence in particular!

That's it, you tell 'em Eric!

'They are in for shock' indeed Eric. They'll be shocked at how dreadful you were and how much time space they had in the 2nd half. Shocked indeed.
