Who Is Villa's Best Summer Signing?

Who Is Villa's Best Summer Signing?

Ok, before the Newcastle game so rudely interrupted us (man of match and win/lose/draw polls had to be done) we were asking about the transfer window.

What do you think of the transfer window?
Poll Date: 01 Sep 2012

Good, prob needed more experience though 62%

Brilliant, couldn't have been better 24%

Average, time will tell 8%

That inexperience will send us down 5%

Not good at all 1%

As pointed out to me, the brilliant 'couldn`t have been better` was a little ott as all windows could be better, but you get the drift.

We are now following claret&blue82`s suggestion asking which signing you think was best. I might ask this again in a few months actually....

Best Lambert signing

Option 1 is : El-Ahmadi
Option 2 is : Bennett
Option 3 is : Benteke
Option 4 is : Westwood
Option 5 is : Lowton
Option 6 is : Guzan
Option 7 is : Vlaar
Option 8 is : Bowery
Option 9 is : Unsure

So vote away folks (bottom right hand side of page)

Personally, for me it's Vlaar then El Ahmadi and last but not least Lowton. But None of us have seen the others. Except Guzan but I have always wanted him to break into the first time anyway.

Exactly, it could be Benteke, it could be Bennett for example.... we simply don't know yet. We should be having this poll and discussion about the end of November at the earliest.

El Ahmadi looks good at the moment, just watched a video on Benteke and he looks promising as well!

far too early to make this call bus as we only really know a lot about1 player and imo he's good I'd have to say Guzan

Call me old fashioned, but I do like to see a player actually play (quite a few times) before I pass judgement on his abilities, I suppose this is just a sign of the times, passing judgement with NO evidence! Silly Poll!

Not at all steff, for one I said it will be re asked but for another, I'm told that these are great signings, so I assume people know who they are and are judging from their records at their previous clubs as to who will settle and do a good job for us. So ner ner!
