Herd Returns For U21's

Chris Herd made his return from injury in today's U21 Development League game against Stoke.

Speaking to the Official Site ahead of today's replacement reserve competition, Herd said he was raring to go following his recent thigh strain, and he's looking to give Paul Lambert a selection headache.

'I am fully fit, I am over my injury now and it's good to be back. It's been frustrating but I am positive now and I will be training hard and trying to work my way into the team.'

As for the game itself, details a thin at the moment so I'll update this as I find info.
