Samir Carruthers has said his aim this season is to get more pitch time in the first team, failing that he'd like a loan spell to increase is experience. Speaking to the Birmingham Mail the 19 year old just expressed his desire to be on the pitch more after tasting action in the dying ends of last season - but he trusts Paul Lambert will steer him right.
