Bremen Clash The Ideal Preparation

Paul Lambert has said that the game against Werder Bremen will be the perfect preparation for our big kick off.

Speaking to the Official Site ahead of Saturday's clash which will be streamed live on AVTV, Lambert said it would be a great test for the lads.

'They are a good team, The Bundesliga is a strong league and it will be a good place to play. It's that last game to play and then we come back and into the final week before the season starts and we are right into it.'

Bremen will be the strongest team we have faced so far in pre season, and Lambert will no doubt be looking for a reaction from the team following the Forest result, and having watched the goals they maybe can be put down to a touch of tirdness or lack of sharpness, but going this close to the season now, sharpness should be spot on as we can't afford to be that sloppy whatever the reason.

Could be a good game. Lets hope we're still not getting tired, there shouldn't really be an excuses now.......
