Comp: Eck's Season Review

Comp: Eck's Season Review

Not for the feint hearted, and quite possibly only desired by those who like whips, but we have a few copies of last season's DVD review to give away. It wasn't all bad was it?

ILC Catalogue

Thanks to our friends at ILC Media four lucky Vital Villans can enjoy the games we turned up for last season, such as Blackburn early on in the campaign, Norwich, and the Chelsea game that had most of us (judging by the Vital interviews this summer) fooled into thinking we had turned that elusive corner - or at least hoping we had!

There are also the touching moments when Stan's illness was announced, the 19th minute applause and the reaction from us all, including opposition fans, showing that there are more important things in life than football.

In many ways that aspect of the season will live with us all long after the memories of the actual football have faded, and for simply that alone, many will want the DVD to commemorate those moments I imagine.

So the question, really difficult this and the answer cannot be found anywhere in our Player Profile Section :-)

Where did Stan start his career before moving to Celtic?

Email avfc@vitalfootball.co.uk with your name, username, address and answer, and the impartial eldest shall select the winners at random next Wednesday (August 8), and her decision is final. No communication will be entered into and unfortunately the prizes won't be posted abroad.

I'll contact the winners after Wednesday to let them know.

The bit about the whips maybe! But I'm sure it applies to some on here, not that I'm going to name names or anything :-)

I've been waiting a while for a DVD to come along that kicks the Venglos season review from the top of my rubbish season chart. Well done Eck! I have a funny feeling you'll be top spot for a few decades!

OMG I thought my repettive Nightmares of last Season had stopped and my nightly dreams had turned to much more plesant things. PLEASE let this be the last reference to a season of utter desolation, I am old enough to remember us being in the old 3rd Division and beleive me that was Heavenly compared to last year.
