No Makoun? Maybe he will be added if and when he gets a work permit?

So if Hutton is given the number two shirt then he looks as is he's not for sale. Great to see Petrov's name in there too! :)

When you look at the squad list like that you realise how short we still look. Any injury to Bent and where do goals come from!?

Well spotted Deano...Even Hutton has a number doesn't sound good for him at the moment then?

Maybe Makoun can only be allocated one if/when he gets a work permit?

Pretty sure Hutton is on his bike, he's just listed as 2 because he had it last year and Lowton requested 34. Great to see Clark be given no.6 (my pick as future captain and i seem to remember a couple of half decent captains wore 6 for us)and Stan rightly included in the list, Petrov 19 straight on the back once I've purchased.

If hutton has number 2, can that not be re-used if the player is sold?

These squad numbers do get a bit silly IMO. Ok, I understand no number 13, but why do we have no numbers 15, 17, 18, 20, 21 & 24 but we can have 35, 38, 39 & 40 etc.

Some of the players who have not been listed but had a shirt last season like Burke and Williams have had their shirts kept blank, so they can step in if needed I presume, so wouldn't read too much into the blank numbers as they are probably allocated on an if needed basis to the youngsters.

Tweet from OS has confirmed that Makoun is waiting for work permit issues to be cleared up.
