'If It's Football, It's Vital'

El Ahmadi On Lambert's Style

New signing Karim El Ahmadi has said that Paul Lambert has a commanding presence around the training field, and that he's insisting that the players play the game in training the right way.

Speaking to the Official Site the Moroccan said that Lambert was very clear when it came to getting his ideas and desires over on the training pitch, and he's convinced that Lambert expects us to play football the right way in the coming season:

'The gaffer hopes to play good football with Villa and has told us to be scared of nobody, especially at home. I hope the fans are going to support us and help us do everything to take Villa to a good level, back where it belongs. It's about always wanting to play football, that's what I like, I think with this coach we're going to play some good football.'

Certainly making all the right noises since joining us, and it seems Lambert on the pitch is making the same points that he has made off the pitch.

Can't wait for the season to get going now and get some enjoyment back into Villa Park!

Work them until they drop, Paul then get them up and make them do it all over again in a steam room. Some of these slack bladders still owe us a season. We expect to collect this year.

'The gaffer hopes to play good football with Villa and has told us to be scared of nobody, especially at home.' Brilliant, a packed Villa park watching the mighty Villans going toe to toe with whomever, whilst the noise from the crowd raises the hairs on the back on your neck once more during an action packed full on 90 mins....I say again 'BRILLIANT' Paul Lamberts Claret Blue Army......................!!!!
