Darren Bent 100% Fit And Raring To Go

Good news, Villa striker Darren Bent has declared himself 100% fit and looking forward to the new season.

On www.avfc.co.uk he added,

'I've probably been 100 per cent for a little while, but it's just about ironing out the final rusty bits of my game really - trying to sprint full pace and kicking with my left foot. It's all healed now and all ready to go.

'It's my first proper injury I've had in my career so, touch wood, I just want to have a solid injury free season and be right up there with the goals again.'

Let's hope so. If he can get 20, Gabby rocks up with double figures and then Ireland and N'Zog throw in a few, we should be all set for a nice finish.
