Agree Gordonsleftboot, said in forum, although he's not worked for us and hasn't been good, he did at least try and unlike some that profess to love Villa, be supporters, talk a good game off the pitch and then sulk or don't give a bugger, he didn't make any wild claims! Just not what we wanted here and as you say, good luck to the lad.

Let the cull begin! Bolton will like him, or another team back in Scotland hopefully.

I've been away for a while and I come back to find that the worst right back ever to wear the Claret and Blue is on his way. Such a good welcome home present. Good riddance, Alan. A player with spatial awareness of a chicken.

I'm still not convinced this guy really is a footballer, and I don't think Lambert is convinced either. This news has made my day!

This is another fine way to begin your day on Vital Villa :-) Echo Fear here, not suited to the club, not the 'type' of player we want here, and best for all parties that he moves on and I wish him well because at least he seemed to care, even if that wasn't enough on the pitch.

Hutton wouldn't be on huge cash, compared to others I wouldn't have thought. That said, mutual release so he can play, or he wastes what's left of his career as a backup backup player?

Every tackle I was wondering if it was going to be Yellow or Red. He had a couple of decent games but I really can't see why Mcleish kept on picking him other than some bizzare Scottish old boys testicle tickling, other than the fact that Mcleish was as clueless about playing football as Hutton
