Villa new boy Brett Holman has been voted Australia`s player of the year by their professional football association. The 28-year-old midfielder, also won for a second year in a row the international player of the year voted for by the Australian Football Media Association. The PFA President Simon Colosimo said; 'Brett Holman was a standout player for both his club, AZ Alkmaar, and the Socceroos in the past year.'
