Community Shield Ticket Info

Villa have informed fans that the club have no entitlement to tickets for next seasons Community Shield. And yes, I did type Charity Shield twice before correcting.

All tickets for the game are being sold by the participating teams and whilst Villa are delighted that we have been chosen to host the centre piece, unfortunately Villa fans will have to enjoy it via the pub or the armchair.

To repeat, Villa have no tickets to sell and that equally applies to season ticket holders which are obviously void for this game.

I'm not sure why anybody would expect us to be selling tickets to be honest, but maybe that's just me.

There is a chance that the club will be able to accept Villans in the hospitality areas but the club are finalising agreements with the FA and Club Wembley over hospitality plans.

At the moment all the club can do is accept enquiries, and then call back interested parties once the plans are known.
