Villa's Player Of The Season?
Our latest poll asks for your player of the season. I've only put Shay Given, Stiliyan Petrov and Stephen Ireland down as they were the main winners of the individual man of the match votes through the season plus lets be honest, was hardly one of 'those' seasons deserving of much attention.
We usually do the end of season awards but this year decided on just this one.

It will be Shay, but I have voted for Stan. Not out of sympathy of his illness, but out of sympathy of the fact that he has often being left very alone in that midfield. Going from playing with the the likes of Barry, Milner and Young to the current crop, it isn't good, is it? On top of that Given is a great shot-stopper, one of the best in the world, but he is as much to blame as anyone for the goals we have conceded from set pieces.
