King Carlos Day!?

King Carlos Day!?

Carlos Cuellar has been at our club for four years and I don`t think anyone has a bad word to say about him. The centre half has played everywhere across the back line and has been left out to first choice pairing Dunne and Collins but he has never once moaned. In fact he`s done quiet the opposite and has become a true fans favourite and deserves his title 'King Carlos`.

I remember when we lost to Liverpool at Anfield, not one of the starting 11 came over and applauded the fans but Carlos, who had been left out again, came and gave the fans credit.

Tonight Carlos posted on his twitter news nobody wanted to hear.

'Thank u very much for these fantastic 4 years has been an honor to be part of one of the biggest club, I will miss u forever in my heart..

.. Is one of the saddest days 😥 thank u to support me everyday I wish u all the best 😍"

With the wage bill needing to be cut it was expected one of our CB`s was going to have to leave but Carlos Cuellar wouldn`t of been anyone`s choice.

The least we can do for such a loyal player who has expressed his desire to stay at Villa is hold this day.

May 13, Carrow Road. Bring your black curly hair wigs, bring your Spanish flags, show Carlos what he means to us and give him the thanks he deserves.

I hope this catches on and you will all follow our twitter page @kingcarlosday for more details.

Thanks all.

Yeah, thanks for giving a penalty away against Bolton Carlos. You lot seem to think this guy is Franz Beckenbauer or something. Hello, he is Mr Average premier league defender on massive wages! Yeah, see you Carlos, thanks and all that but there better players than you out there who will sign for £30k a week.

He might not be the best defender out there but is the best defender we have had in the last few miserable years. He has constantly been played out of position, never had a fair run of games to prove himself and not once moaned or ran to the press like some of our other so called stars...

cynicalone we have had Heskey day in his honour we all missed it.:)
