King Carlos Bows Out With Cuellar Pie

King Carlos Bows Out With Cuellar Pie

Carlos Cuellar was today's nominated pie choice for the Spurs game, and it looks like we won't get a taste of him again.

I hope you all read that right!

Cuellar has apparently twittered, or tweeted or whatever the ruddy hell you do on there.

'Very happy because, after my last match at Villa Park, the team will stay one more year where it has to be. Thank you for all your support both in the good and the bad moments through all these years.

'Thank u very much for these fantastic 4 years has been an honor to be part of one of the biggest club, I will miss u forever in my heart.

'Is one of the saddest days thank u to support me everyday I wish u all the best.'

Rumours have been rife that Cuellar was off, it was afterall his injury that put an end to a move to Rangers earlier in the season and it appeared he, like Heskey and Guzan, had not been offered a new contract.

Good luck Cuellar, and thanks for the memories and the beard!

shame a player that respects us and the club is being shipped out, when these other ****s will continue to pick up their wages.

Carlos Cuellar is one of the most humble and kind-hearted footballers to come to our great club. Wish him every luck in the future.

Real pity someone who actually gives 100% and really cares for the club is going. Sign of times to come though :(

As said elsewhere, out of the three elder centre halves he shouldn't be the one leaving.
