'If It's Football, It's Vital'

McLeish Angry At Villa Trio

Hopefully this will be the last on the fight in the nightclub incident

For info see:

Anyway, Alex McLeish has spoken out and says:

'It's a slur on the club. I feel for Randy Lerner and the fans of Aston Villa Football Club but the players need to show some respect for themselves and the football club.'

The report on Sky Sports say that Delph was treated lightly because he was seen to be the peace maker.

The, for now, Villa boss added: 'We knew about it on Tuesday and some players broke the rules so we acted very swiftly on Tuesday. We're very disappointed. We won't tolerate that kind of behaviour.'

'It happens at every club. It happens at even the top clubs. It's the culture of one pint too many.

And happily he ends the press talk saying: 'They owe us. They have to give us a performance that we will be proud of.'

Hiccup!

He is making the right noises but maybe his words would carry more weight if he didn't stink of Scotch everytime he steps on to the team coach? Only a thought. A new managr is a must!

How can they give a performance when Delph isn't fit, Collins probably won't be fit either.Only Herd will be fit..... but after saying that, if Idiot is angry with a player like earlier in the season, Herd will be dropped a la Ireland and Zoggy.

McMuppet is angry at the players. He is not as angry as we are at him. Thankfully Sunday is his last home game in charge of our club and he will hear and see how angry we are with him.

Funny, where's the player/club PR bull crap now? They're going to have Herd come out next and say the fans need to get behind the drunken players.
Green Villan
to be fair, that is irrelevant, he is right as manager (for now) in what he said.
