Where is Stephen Ireland?
keithlees1978
where is our manager's brains?
Zarch
I've given up on AM, but Ireland has been our best midfielder for recently and I've heard nothing about injury. Why is he out?
keithlees1978
A team line up that beggars belief in a match that we have to win. So hope I'm wrong in being negative.
fulford
Ireland out with a hamstring.
mike_field
Cheers Mike. Still worried about our side though...I reckon Bolton are much stronger than us in Midfield. We need big games from Cueller at the back, N'Zog as provider and Weimann up top if we're to win.
keithlees1978
Cuellar captain and Warnock centre mid probably. You don't feel we're in for a comfortable night do you Keith. I'm emigrating if it goes wrong!
mike_field
Looks like a very attacking side. Shame Eck will be playing 4 attackers in defence again.
Villan444
WTF? Who's playing where, what formation is it? 3 Full backs, 1 centre mid?
son_of_cher
That team line up is a joke i find not funny at all, Mcleish is playing 5 bloody defenders at home in a must win game? pathetic and im glad i have not turned up tonight, what a joke of a manager.
clivethevillan
Utter c**p..McLeish out !
MASON_PARKER
oh *****, didnt think so before but i think we'll get relegated now
bigolbear1970
unfortunately too too late to do anything about this, ***** or bust now
bigolbear1970
It's all been over for weeks. Time to get our heads around it. Won't be another point this season.
onlyteaminthemids
I would never usually advocate this - Sack McLeish TONIGHT and give Kevin McDonald the last three games, at least we play for him
bigolbear1970
Been thinking it since game seven when they were unbeaten for 7 games, but against the lower level teams, which we are now one of. Get used to it guys, we'll finally be able to read all about it in the papers if they still report on teams outside of the top four. Villa are the new Leeds!
PhilK
2-1 are you messing thats an absolute joke...
CDX_EIRE
so .... chelsea can look forward to munich in the champions league, .... we can look forward to middlesborough in the champioship .... very depressing.

bet Randy ******** Lerner puts no money into us in the Championship

At this stage of the season that result is defining indeed. That will either make or break you. Judging by these comments I fear for Villa. My team (QPR) have some awful games, but there's belief - that may well not be enough mind.
Boxer
Unbelievable. Just watched the interview that carrot head had on sky sports. He sounds a beaten man, and inspires no confidence at all. He just keeps bleating on about how we need to defend better, and score more goals. NO... REALLY??? Get lost you moron - bring on the protests. Worst time to be a villan - even worse than that season the scum beat us twice think 02/03? Get this utter failure away from villa park MCLEISH OUT NOW!
thorpyuk
I'll tell you what, sack Mcleish now - i think i would take going down to get rid of him
