Mystic Mug Sticks Neck Out And Says Draw!

Mystic Mug is on his own tonight, Lawro hasn`t done a prediction!

Mystic is bricking it, he see`s little real goal threat and even few shots. With the slice of luck v Sunderland with a good goal ruled offside, maybe we`ll find a little bit more fortune tonight in the crunch game v Bolton?

Bolton are no great shakes, they are used to battling nearer the bottom than maybe our lot are but then, as said, Bolton are no great shakes!!!!!!!!

Yes, Mystic and myself are trying to convince each other all is well.

The prediction?

0-0

What say you folks?

Were going down were going down Mc***** will take us down!!!!!!!!!!!!

It hurts me to say but I can't see anything but us defending and playing for a draw, while Bolton are coming here to attack us. We all know if we go a goal or 2 up, we will only defend, then the pressure will be piled on us, and probably end up conceding. What a sad state of affairs it must be to think we will struggle to beat Bolton at home.

I'm going a 2 - 0 win for the villa... Because that's how optimistic I need to be to get out of bed at 2.30 in the morning. :) C'MON the mighty Villa!!
Zarch
Past caring. Certainly won't be watching. Which result means that Eck will Feck off?? None. That's the most important thing for our once great club.
Villan444
I'm sticking neutral with a 0-0. Can't see us winning, but hate the thought of losing. Well done Zarch, I'm not far off you with it being a 1.45am kick off for me, but I'll stay awake until Bolton scores (hope not).............
Pride of Lions
lol @ maigrait - that would be a goalfest for eck!

Mug by name, mug by nature! Villa will -- hopefully -- lose. The Championship is where we belong. I don't want another season of this tripe. Mike Ashley has proved himself a better owner than Lerner. All those sanctomonious types, who think the outspoken on this site are 'ranters,' get real. We are SUPPORTERS and FANS. Houllier and McLeish were disastourous appointments. All those who said so were called 'negative'. Somewhere, RL is -- probably -- having a conversation with Faulkner along the lines of RL: 'That Terry Guardiola sounds alright, doesn't he?' PF 'No, Pep Connor is the fella we want at VP'. I'll be watching a proper team -- Barca -- tonight. Hope we (Villa) get turned over! This isn't a Villa side, just a bunch of arrogant millionaires masquerading as one.
VillaWillRiseAgain
Villawillriseagain, Hoping your own team get turned over is a *****ing disgrace. This club is better off without "fans" like you, go and watch Barcelona you utter bell
pauled177
Lol -- If we get turned over then the owner might get the message. Barca are beautiful to watch. I don't support them but love to watch their suberb football. Would rather have a season in the Championship sans (without) McLeish than another season in the EPL with him. I heard a Yorkshire lass the other day talking about how football is increasingly resembling the WWF (wrestling). In other words it's just 'entertainment', forget about the result it's already been decided. Even La Liga is just the Scottish PL with Bells and Whistles. The EPl is a joke. UTV. Down the EPL.
VillaWillRiseAgain
your presumption that it would be just one season in the championship is the basis of you wanting us to get beat? how about if it wasnt 1 season, how about if it was 2 or 3. A number of decent clubs have been relegated and never seen again, i dont see why we would be any different. I think we'd be even more likely to keep mcleish if we got relegated as hes got experience of getting out that league. Be careful what you wish for and support your club
pauled177
Hate to say it - if we stay up Lerner will say McLeish has done his job and keep him. If we go down, it'll be "we need a decent championship manager - Oh! we already have one...better not sack him then" Very depressing
bigolbear1970
It's about the villa fellas not McLeish. Our great club is playing a 9 pointer tonight, I've got my ticket and all grievances aside tonight we have to get at least a point. Nail biter I reckon!
VillainYorks
p177 -- See your point and at least you're trying to be a gent about it all! bob70. I think that's what's known as a Catch 22.
VillaWillRiseAgain
I want McLeish, Lerner and the rest of them to go, but I can never, never, want Villa to lose. With fans like this... One thing I will say though - if I was a Bolton fan, can't think of any fixture I'd want more than Villa at Villa Pk. We're a joke.
onlyteaminthemids
I am going for a 0-1 lose. Sorry, but I wasnt at all convinced on Saturday, and Bolton want the points more than Sunderland did, and dare I say, we do!
villa_de
We may scrape a draw but expect a a 1-2 loss, its a shame cos Randy deserves all the trouble and debt of relegation he gets for appointing this manger but not the club, the club is what i support but i will not be attending due to the sad atmosphere and just lack of any belief in the team, we are so poor we would make the word poor look even poorer! Nah i will save my money thanks i hope we win but we ares stuck witht this manager for the forseeable future thats why he has been allowed to sign free transfers already they know he will be manager next season the only way to protest is not turn up.
clivethevillan
brown trousers time if we lose, im going for a draw.. got to be some sort of record for draws this season!
goodb_2
Just saw warnock in midfield... dear lord.
