Aston Villa Press Transfer Talk.. Collins No Go?

Aston Villa Press Transfer Talk.. Collins No Go?

Very little about for transfer rumours at the moment.

The Hearts keeper Marian Kello rumour persists.

Only other bit is by James Nursey in The Mirror saying that Swansea WON`T be able to go for James Collins in the summer, despite links, due to their wage limits.

28-year-old defender Collins will be in his last year of what the report calls 'his lucrative contract` at Villa come next season.

Apparently, to make the move, Collins would have to accept half his current wages. Lets be honest, none of us would do that would we? He can also make himself another pile of money with signing on fees etc if he waits and leaves on a free.

And that, unless I`ve missed something, is that for now!

This just shows the crazy world of football, i don't blame collins TBH but just wish we could get rid of him for the antics him and dunne caused last season showing Villa dis-respect hopefully we can get rid of them!

It just goes to show what he is - an average player on above average wages. Unfortunately we're stuck with him.

Collins without Dunne might work out ok, together I don't think the mix on or off the field is always what we should expect.
