Kello Due This Weekend?

It's being reported that former Hearts keeper Marian Kello is due in Birmingham this coming weekend to finalise a pre contract agreement with the club.

Sky Sports are saying the Villa have stolen a march on other Premiership clubs after the 29 year old secured his early release from his contract.

It's being suggested that he will meet with club officials this weekend to sign on the dotted line for next summer.

Not used to Villa doing business this early, but if it comes off it'll be our second experienced pre contract capture for the summer.

bloody hell we are signing women now !
villan57
Anyone know if he is much use?
Stig
I take it that means Brad Guzan is off in the summer then.
Colney Villa
Stolen a march. Lol. Couldn't afford Guzan anymore more likely. Given IS injury prone so he'd better be good. There'll be Courtnays and Lesleys and all sorts of ghetto names next 57!!!!
Villan444
Well if he's any good then great. He'll only be written off anyway like Holman already has so the only way is up for both of them. Which all in all means McLeish is a bloody genius in the transfer market.

Genius in the transfer market?.....PMSL...... errrr, Mutton? However, who knows, Marian could be "Maid" for us.....
Pride of Lions
I reckon he's just popping by to say Kello...

I'm getting really bad vibes that this means mcrelegation will still be here next season... which means i wont be thats for certain!
thorpyuk
We've got a league 2 level manager building a premiership club into a championship team =(
thorpyuk
This must mean we are losing the highly rated Andy Marshall! Oh nooooooooo!
jsmccue
Me too thorpyuk, I'll be gob smacked if he's still here come next season but I'm really scared that signing players means he will be
AdzVilla11
Lets hope that the anti mcleish feeling gets known both on mcleishout day on 6th May, and also at the end of the season. Cant endure another season like this one!
thorpyuk
They are not big investments so maybe at end of season a decision can be made. Hopefully villa can sound out some managers on the sly.Holloway,Lambert, Rodgers would all be a big improvement. But who isn't?!
thekentvillan
sorry Thorpy, can't see Mcleish leaving before the middle of next season. Xmas next year is my bet
AVbornandbred
Agreed AVbornandbred. Randy will give him his first full summer transfer window. Anything that happens after that will give the board more of a reason to sack him if it goes bad......which it will. Another hard slog next season I fear.
jsmccue
I agree with AVB&B too, but my only addition would be that if villa have a terrible finish to this season, the picture could change. If things get much worse, then the backlash will be terrible. We should not be in this position at all. An awful year. Our squad should neve rhave come below Fulham, WBA, Stoke, Norwich etc.
thekentvillan
could be good, agree Stephen Jay Hawkings, all are slated before kicking a ball for us anyway! I know nothing about the guy!

Strangybob.... BOOOOOOOOO lol And people say my jokes are bad!
The Fear
## Kello, is it me you're looking for? ##
BobTheBuilder
Hope you're wrong AVbornandbred. By next Xmas, we could be propping up the Championship, next year's Doncaster.
onlyteaminthemids
Kello Good Buy Kello Kello, I don't know why he's a Good Buy, but let's hope so Kello Kello, I don't know why he's a Good Buy, but let's hope so
