Lawro/Mystic 'Negative' Villa Loss Predicted

Lawro has predicted a 2-0 win to Liverpool on www.bbc.co.uk

No surprise there really. They might be going through a rocky time but we are going through a rockier one!

The BBC sport pundit says that Liverpool don`t score nearly enough and that both Villa and Liverpool are going through 'miserable` runs being bottom of the form tables.

"Villa come into this match in danger of being sucked into the relegation battle and the bad news about Stiliyan Petrov's illness does not help. Are they missing injured England striker Darren Bent up front? Yes and no. Bent gets you goals but I just think Villa are very negative.

He also says what we have all been saying:

"If they had been more of an attacking team then they would be about 10 points better off, but Alex McLeish has his way of playing and he has not really unleashed the players he has got who can win games."

Mystic Mug has given up on trying to be positive, he`s not even looking at a draw right now and says, as Villa always seem to do, the claret and blue will give Liverpool a training session and ease their poor run of form by giving them a win. 3-1

Prove us wrong Villa!

Lawro is spot on. We are very negative because we have Mr Negative doing his best at pretending to be a manager. 3-0 to Liverpool.

Will be at least 4 imho. As soon as Redscouse get 1 and they realise we are toothless, the confidence will flood back. I expect Gerard, Carrol and Suarez all to be on the scoresheet. Redscouse even have a reserve keeper in but it doesn't matter, they could put a carboard cut out of Reina between the sticks and we still wouldn't score.

It wouldn't surprise me to see McMuppet play the same back 4 as against Chelski, but then put Hutton right wing, Albie on the left and Gardner and Herd in the middle, with Ireland and Gabi just in front of them. By doing this the score will be 4 - 0. Or he may play Hutton instead of Baker, and put Bannan in on the right wing and the right winger Albie, on the left wing. By doing this the score will be 4 - 0. He may simply play all out defence and the score will be 4 - 0. Or he could put Heskey up top with Gabi, Ireland supporting them and Albie as an out an out winger in the mold of Tony Morley with instructions to make Redscouse worry about us rather than us worry about them. The score then would be a little unpredictable and we may give them a game. So I anticipate it will be option 1, 2 or 3 and a 4 0 defeat then. As we know, there isn't a chance of McMuppet doing anything remotely positive.

I've been saying 4-0 all week also, in other seasons I'd be saying Villa to win like I did in every game regardless of the opponent. Maybe if we lose 7-0 McLeish will go? I'd rather us win and he go but if that is what I takes??

i'm OK with smarmy Lawro voting us to lose, he has an unnerving habit of being wrong, so I'll gladly take him saying 2-0 to the scouse thieves
