McLeish To Go Wylde?

Alex McLeish has admitted that former Rangers player Gregg Wylde's representatives have been in touch with the club.

Speaking to Sky Sports McLeish admitted the club haven't taken the contact any further yet, but he is a possibility - however he did say he wouldn't be plundering Rangers given their financial problems:

'I wouldn't be comfortable plundering Rangers, but I suppose Gregg Wylde is a different situation because he has left the club. Whether we go for Gregg...I think he is a player for the future personally. His people have been in touch but we haven't taken it any further. Maybe he could do some damage between now and the end of the season?'

McLeish did add however - as admittedly he seems to sound torn on Wylde - that he has great faith in the players at the club to help us move up the table...a faith that was rewarded today I hasten to add.

Forum Thread - as you can tell we are no experts on Rangers!

You could do a lot worse than Wylde, he's a great wee player and is going to be a huge star.
