i won't be renewing unless mcleish goes but I won't criticise the club for trying to get the commercial side right. Why such negative responses guys? Sometimes it seems like some folks just like to critisize for the hell of it

AVbornandbred how can they get the commercial side right if they continue to ignore the fans by employing McMuppet? If you were a cider drinker and suddenly they stopped selling it and only served bitter would you keep using the place?

Just waiting for the bull***t statements in a couple of weeks saying that there's record sales for this time of year. The American owner is trying to suppress and shout out the masses by ignoring what's obvious to everyone who alwatches us. How they managed to get all the press on their side is an accomplishment but mystery aswell!!

Randy - Business success = giving customers a product they want x price they want to pay.

The product is currently crap so your business stratgey is to exploit brand loyalty.
Typical of a bank manager where most banks rely on people not bothering to move their accounts even though those that are loyal get the worst interest rates.
This is pure and simple exploitation. In most other business if the product is no good, the business fails.
Make me happy Randy, I'm not asking you to cut the price, just give me a product that is good then I will consider renewing my 550 season ticket (apprantly soon to be more!) And continue to pay about 250 in food and beer.

Randy -- I know you read this site, so please sack McIdiot.

Villan444 you beat me to it. We haven't had the tickets available at this time of year before so the club will be releasing statements saying that ticket sales are up on this stage last year!!!!! It would be funny if it wasn't so scary to see through the cheap points the club will try to score AGAINST our own fans in order to prop up this failed managerial regime.
