The product is currently crap so your business stratgey is to exploit brand loyalty.
Typical of a bank manager where most banks rely on people not bothering to move their accounts even though those that are loyal get the worst interest rates.
This is pure and simple exploitation. In most other business if the product is no good, the business fails.
Make me happy Randy, I'm not asking you to cut the price, just give me a product that is good then I will consider renewing my £550 season ticket (apprantly soon to be more!) And continue to pay about £250 in food and beer.
Randy -- I know you read this site, so please sack McIdiot.
