'If It's Football, It's Vital'

Injury Update On Our Non-Walking Wounded

Richard Dunne is definitely out of our next game and Clarkie is out for a few weeks.

Speaking to the Official Site Eck said.

'Dunnie's not going to be back for the next game, that's for sure.'

The short and curlies are he's undergoing assessment at the minute but the initial guess is he'll be out for about a month.

He also blathers on about bad luck again...yawn.

Explaining Clarkie's injury he added.

'In training yesterday Ciaran caught his studs in the turf and tweaked a ligament. We will lose him for a few weeks.'

He says again it was unfortunate because he had plans for Gardner and Clark, and suggests that Gardner could now be in for a run of games...because...yes the hilarity never ends.

'We're not spoiled for choice in terms of experienced players to bring in.'

Fantastic Eck, he's not there on merit - do the boy the world of good that.

Plank.

Mike Field gives Eck the treatment there, in the same way that nearly every villa fan is after any press comment by AM now. Like a failing marriage where everything the partner says just angers the other one, now when AM speaks, we feel annoyed.

Brilliant! So we're left with Collins as our defensive rock, and this will no doubt allow Warnock back into the side. Ha ha, come back Habib Beye, all is forgiven!

We need a couple of quick wins here to calm things down. The way its going though we will get beat at Wigan and the alarm bells will be well and truely ringing. Anything less than 7 points from next 4 games and AMc could have a 4th relegation on his cv with the fixtures coming up after that.

It's the experienced players that have got us in this mess ! The kids will at least give 100%
villan57
Agreed villan57, it's got nothing to do with Ecks tactics, inabilities, lying and embarrassing fans and players in his press conferences, refusal to attack, put too many players behind the ball, refuse to drop these older players that you speak of. We should give him a pay rise and sign him up on a longer contract before the top 4 or England come calling for him.
Villan444
So it's King Carlos (MotM) and James(Jimmy Greenhoof)Collins in central defence next match then.
Pride of Lions
Are you all deluded ? judging by previous tactics my monies on Heskey & Collins in central defence. supprised Heskey wasnt in goal when Shay was injured.
Merlin128777
Merlin had to laugh at that but the biggest problem is that it could be true LOL but at least with Heskey at CB he won't scor an OG cause well he just can't score, or pass, or run, or head the ball in the direction of his own player, I don't know which is worse Heskey as a footballer or ECK as a manager, actually I take that back its definetly ECK!
