Like A New Signing - N'Zogbia Fit!

The window hasn't closed yet but we've secured a new player...Charles N'Zogbia is fit to face QPR.

It's a mixed bag on the injury front again.

Marc Albrighton is set to miss both QPR and Newcastle after a scan revealed his thigh injury was a little bit worse than hoped for, and James Collins remains out with a calf problem that ruled him out of the Arsenal game.

Chris Herd has returned to light training with Adrian Lamb and although the Newcastle game will come too quick, he shouldn't be out for much longer than that.

So bring on the Zog then!

Well if charlie boy can rekindle the form he showed against chelski at stamford bridgrighe i for one will be happy, gutted about Albright's though he was super against wolves.

Must have been a bloody good specialist!
TheQ.
like a new signing. Fieldy, I'm confused, I thought I was in charge of the sarcasm department on Vital !LOL
The Fear
Like signing Ray Charles !
cynicalone
if he could just show us 50% of the form he was in at wigan he could do wonders for us !!
marshyboy87
marshyboy, mybe if he played in the right position 50% of the time, he might show us 100% of the form he was in at Wigan? Just sayin
JuanPabloAngel
To be fair JPA when he was played in the same position (and the position he bleated about playing in) he was equally as pants! lol

You are in charge JF, but it shouldn't surprise you to know I have the masterkey to the place so every now and then I nick the department hat :-)
mike_field
Until he is played in the right position and allowed to play the attacking football he is use too then he won't show us what he has got.

Lets hope Zoggy scores on his "debut" then..............

Pulling on a Villa shirt and putting in a performance would also be a first.

I had two hopes for the transfer window - 1: we shocked the world and spent $25m on some tantilisingly good player(s) and 2: we got rid of Heskey. B*gger.

Dear Mr Learner, methinks you got the wrong Birmingham City Manager ! I wonder if Small Heath would like to do a swapsie ?
kevinl48
I know we won't, but if we were to win tonight then there is a strong chance that we will be 8th. Should another miracle happen and we follow it up with a win at Newcastle, then it is possible we could be just 5 points behind Redscouse who are still chasing a Champions League spot. Madness or what? However as soon as we are losing tonight the 'Get the F'eck out of Villa' banner will be hanging over the top tier of the Holte.

Lets face it the majority of us on this site wanted to sign Nzobia so no use pinning that one on gingernut. A good player will shine in any team (scott parker at west ham ?). I think Nzobia owes it to himself and us to start playing the way he can. AVFC4ME lol nice one. kevinl38 yeh put him forward as a choice before Lerner signed "I will never play Gabby as a winger". mind you the way our board does business wouldnt be supprised if he was our next manager.
Merlin128777
West 'aaaaam played around Parker and to his strengths Merlin. The Zogster has to play as a wingback FFS. Eck is to blame no-one else. Charles was probably lied to like the rest of us by McClueless and told that we'd be playing attacking football every week!!!! LOL. If only

Well, further to my comment yesterday, Zoggy did score on his "debut"! Pity we couldn't finish the job though.......
