Transfer Window - Don't Hold Your Breath

Transfer Window - Don't Hold Your Breath

It seems Alex McLeish is ignoring a lot of things recently, players, transfers, performances, let alone his own decisions.

At least we have a common theme though.

Speaking to the press our illustrious leader said.

'I've totally ignored the transfer deadline.'

Substitute 'transfer deadline' for anything you like and it'll keep you occupied for a bit, and it'll probably end up pretty accurate.

'I've totally ignored the fact our defence can't defend.'

'I've totally ignored the fact I said I'd never play Gabby as a winger.'

'I've totally ignored the fact we can't seem to string two passes together before somebody sends the ball 80 yards down the pitch.'

'I've totally ignored every performance because I maintain we've been international class.'

'I've totally ignored tactics.'

'I've totally ignored the theory of dropping under performing players.'

You have a go, it's quite fun actually.

LOL, quality Mike. Unfortunately it seems that Randy is the one that has totally ignored the fact that Eck is not fit for purpose. He does not do what it says on the tin.

As a Club, we have totally ignored the fact that fans are paying customers, who may choose not to spend any more money coming to watch their team whilst they have an incompetent man in charge. We have also totally ignored the fans discontent, despite the fact that for the majority of the season we have languished in the bottom half of the table, and have gone out of both domestic cups with a wimper, and have sold all of our best players. We have totally ignored the fact that we have a poor squad when we set unrealistic targets like getting into Europe...

Are we really that good the manager does not need to bring players into the club?
