Albrighton Will Be Better For Handling The Bird

Albrighton Will Be Better For Handling The Bird

At first I thought this was maybe a new psychological test employed at Bodymoor Heath, as I couldn't imagine the physical implications of chasing a bird round the training pitches...thankfully it makes more sense now.

Speaking to the Official Site Alex McLeish has said that Albie's treatment by the Wolves fans will make him a stronger player mentally.

'We know that Marc is a terrific boy. He pays football honestly and he was getting the bird after that incident (Henry's childish kick and red card) but he did really well and it didn't stop him getting on the ball and doing things with it. I was really pleased with the way Marc handled that. That is all about education and another notch in terms of experience for him.'

See said it makes sense now!

I hope super Marc kicks on from this because he hasn't been playig too well of late. For a youngster though he kept his head well and could have layed on a couple more goals even. The kick out from Henry was so stupid.......much like their fans for booing Marc!

I worked for Rocky so why not give it a go? Maybe Eck can start throwing chickens into the penalty box to help us defend set pieces better, its got to be better than the 'coaching' we're currently doing. Dunne and Collins will eat them though.

Throwing chickens? Anyone remember them throwing chickens at a high speed train to prove the windows could survive a bird strike and someone threw a frozen one?

great to see the team passing the ball to him. he was our creative outlet and when nzog comes back, we have another winger to terrorise opponents defence

It wasnt windscreens, it was jet engines (a lot more expensive) to see if they could stand up to bird strike

Our back four already look like headless chickens at set pieces we don’t need to give them any more encouragement!!!!
