'If It's Football, It's Vital'

Keane's Not Past His Best

Marc Albrighton has insisted that Robbie Keane is not past his best and he believes he'll be an asset for us whilst on loan.

Speaking to Talksport Albie said that he expected Keane to have a huge impact during his two month loan spell.

'It's a great signing for us, he's been brilliant throughout his career, he's going to bring a lot to this squad. He's already shown glimpses in training. He's not lost it.'

Glimpses? hate all this off the pitch talk. Lets see what happens in a game and judge on that. Seeing is believing, talk is so cheap.

My gues is glimpses is all you are going to see! For the last 2 season he played for us, he had the superpower of disappearing throughout long periods of a game....doesn't take on players anymore, too slow for working the backroom. Maybe he will contribute in some other way than actually scoring goals, hope so for your sake. Good luck to you Keane!

*****, if I performed only glimpses at work I would get the sack. Imagine, a Tesco check out counter worker that only showed glimpses of being able to do their job or up to standard. Any one want a season ticket? Pittiful.
