You're missing the point. Everyone knows that the Villa ball is the one that has just come out of the microwave. The people drawing the teams have instructions to wait until they draw one of the big teams at home and then (and only then) draw out the hot ball. It was a lot easier when this was done on the radio. The Villa ball was square in those days.
