Given Close To Return
Alex McLeish has said that Shay Given is close to a return to action.
Speaking to the Daily Mail McLeish said it was possibly that Given could be back in contention for the game against Everton on January 14 such is his recovery.
'Shay is not far away and feels he could be ready pretty soon. He could have a chance of being ready for the Everton game.'
Be interesting to see if he goes straight back in as Guzan certainly hasn't let anyone down and in fact I'd imagine has won over quite a few doubters with his performances since getting into the first team.
