It appears that Brad Guzan is on his way to Hull on loan.

he'd be great if english football was the same as the american rubbish, so we could bring him on for penalties. Good luck to him but it does leave us thin in the goalkeeping area.

Brad, sadly, is just not good enough for the Premiuer League. I'm more interested in what Gerard does now? Is he moving for a #1 and a new #2 in this window? Or are we after the likes of Loach to be #2 until the summer, to take over then for the 2011/12 season?

Hope he has a plan B and is not relying in Brad senior not getting injured with Marshall in reserve

If there is a "can be recalled" clause in the contract this would be a very good idea.

I can't imagine we would be letting him go without a replacement lined up. Interesting to see this one develop!

I don't think Marhsall is still at the club. Time to bring Shay Given in.

Marshall is still with us mate. We let him go, and then brought him back as the idea originally was to let Parish have some loan time.

If there was a blanket ban on crosses he'd be world class.. hopefully getting some first team action will help him because I still think he can be a very good keeper.

cheers mike_field, I didn't know Marshall came back, probably best I didn't know, I might have exploded with the excitement! He's not on the OS squad section though. With Guzan gone out will it be him that becomes no. 2?

Will be good to see he have some regular games to see how he matches up. As others have said you can only presume we have a keeper lined up and Shay Given would not be a bad start.
