Palace & Boro Youngsters Linked To Villa

Just two small links today as far as I can see.

The one is Middlesbrough`s England U-21 keeper Jason Steele. The report in The Mirror says Houllier has been tipped off that Steele could compete with Joe Hart for England`s goalie spot.

Apparently Arsenal are also interested and would be prepared to pay £4million for him. The report also admits Boro don`t want to sell their home grown stars but with money tight and a large wage bill......?

Also in The Mirror Villa, amongst a host of other clubs, are linked to Crystal Palace and England U-19 right-back Nathaniel Clyne who has turned down several contract offers from Palace.
