Albrighton Now Out For 3 Weeks

Marc Albrighton will be out for the next 3 weeks at least as he recovers from appendicitis.

The Birmingham Mail are reporting that Albie will be out for 3 weeks as he recovers meaning he will now miss the clashes against Birmingham, Arsenal, Liverpool and the Baggies.

Albie pulled out of the squad for Blackburn after being taken ill in the team hotel on Saturday evening but few would've guessed it would have led to a reasonably lengthy lay off at the point.

Get well soon Albie!

This is becoming absolutely ridiculous. I laughed when I heard this news, like a crazy person would laugh. Like a crazy person.

Downing must stay on the left. Ashley must go down the right with Gabi in the middle. Playing downing on the right against Blackburn was a mistake. He has been exceptional over the last month on the left. It would actually be better balanced with having a left footer on the left and a right footer on the right.
