Heskey Operation Blow To Villa

Villa really do seem to be totally out of luck at the moment don`t we?

The latest set back is striker Emile Heskey who could be out for up to a month having injured his knee in training this week.

forum

The official site says he will require surgery after he tore the medial meniscus in his right knee.

Time for Nathan Delfouneso perhaps?

Ciaran Clark should be fit for the Fulham game after he got a deadleg v Blues. Steve Sidwell has had flu and is in a race to be fit in time.

Fear, only Mr Heskey should achieve such a feat! This is seriously bad news though - can't wait for the return of Gab

I reckon we'll just play Carew up front on his own against Fulham. Is Albrighton still banned?

Heskey 6 goals in 50 games ... give the Fonz a run I'm sure he would do better over an extended period in the 1st team

Warnock has probably been told by Cappello he isn't in his plans VV. Warnock wouldn't say that otherwise, Leighton Baines has probably been told the same.
