Aston Villa Old Stars Fixture - 10 October

Aston Villa Old Stars next game is this coming Sunday 10th October at The John Kyrle High School, Ledbury Road, Ross On Wye, Hereford, HR9 7ET.

Kick off time is 2.30pm.

The game will be played against Ross Gunners All Stars.

This is Gunners final event in a series of fundraising events that they have held throughout the year which have included race nights, sponsored head and beard shaves, a triathlon and a series of cycle rides and so far they have raised well over £7,000. They hope to take this total up to £10,000 after Sundays game and the various events associated with it.

All proceeds will go to Acorns Children`s Hospice.

Players already confirmed include 5 members of the European Cup winning squad.

Pity the game is somewhat out of the locality. We've got some talented footballers in the old stars group, players who at the top of their game we could very definitely utilise today. I'm dreaming of course.
