Firstly, you should be very disappointed that your forwards didn't take their chances. Secondly, you did not capitalise on our very, very makeshift central defensive partnership & iffy form of late (losing to Wigan & West Ham).

Rusty, not match fit and a few injury niggles, he always takes a run of a few games to get up to speed, on form he's unplayable, unfortunately we don't see enough of it : (

Houllier is quite right. There were suggestions that things are starting to come together nicely. We played some bright, inventive football, but sadly the old failings let us down.

Guys..first credits to you lot for coming to a game to try and win it..second..me myself and i don't "really sienk sat a dgaw would be a biet more fair greesult..";-) True, you had chances, didn't take 'em, but have to say that we sat out the match more than comfortably after going 2-1 up..
