Who Should Take Villa's Penalties?

Not sure why, but our last poll asked:

Ok, straight choice?

This followed a report saying these three were the last men standing and all still in contention:

Curbishley 36%
Houllier 33%
Koeman 31%

So, basically, much of a much... we'll take that as a positive then... ahem!?

Our latest poll asks who should take the penalties for Villa. Surprised Gabby isn't higher at the moment as he said he'd take them, when fit he is an ever present in the team and being a striker, you'd like to think he knows where the goal is and will want to add to his tally to push for 20 in a season!?

Its obvious. Presumably Villa make their youth and first team players practise penalties in training, and it soon becomes obvious from a young age who has potential to be a good taker and who has not. These elite group of potential players are then continually trained in the art until they can mimic Le Tiss and Graham Alexander of Burnley, hitting the net all the time despite telling the goalkeeper which way they are going to put it. The taker should be the first team player who has been through this process at Villa (or from elswhere) and has the best record from competitive reserve and youth games, before perfecting his art at the highest level. Or am I missing something?

Would like to see the strikers taking, but with one up front, & that probably being Gabby, for some reason he would not fill me with great confidence...a really good player but just like when he's one on one & has time to think about things....to be fair prior to his miss Carew was doin a decent job!!!
