Onwards And Upwards - Support The Club!

Onwards and upwards. Our squad is bloated. That's thanks to one man. Possibly Randy Lerner is someway to blame in his naivety towards the game in that he sanctioned some of MONs outrageous overspend on very average players.

Just like Celtic were when Martin O'Neill left we are burdened with an aging, some overpaid beyond there ability.

From day one MON wanted the buck to stop with him and instead of facing up to reality, he didn't even pass the buck, he just ditched us in the biggest eff you to any fans that I can remember in my lifetime.

This doesn't even scratch the surface of how angry I am at MON regardless of the fact I was never a fan. But I'm extremely glad he's gone as I believe the club will be stronger for it even if take a 'wee' dip to begin with.

As Villa fans we should be circling the wagons and showing I united front to all other clubs smelling blood in the water. We should be fully behind the club, the players, each other and the owner who has funneled an awful lot of money into the club in a short space of time and is looking to make us as successful as possible and the most financially viable way.
