Fieldy: Our consecutive reserve title winning boss, has said he is very honoured that Randy has chosen to take him as caretaker manager following the untimely departure of Martin O'Neill. Speaking on the Official Site as the dust begins to settle on the last 48 hours, MacDonald promised that every player at the club will be starting with a clean slate under him and that he is very excited to be leading the troops out for the Wet Spam clash. It also goes without saying that he has confirmed he will certainly be taking into account last season's reserve team when deciding which first 11 to go with...afterall he knows them well enough! Fieldy: If rumours are to be believed Stephen Ireland has spoken with club officials today over his proposed move from Manchester City. Sky Sports News, amongst others are carrying the news that Ireland has entered into further discussions with us despite the shock departure of Martin O'Neill yesterday.

You arnt going to belive this..i was just taking a leisurely stroll past VP and saw a hooded man throw EGGS at the holte end and run, i decided to follow the man and he went into a local balti house. He took off his Hood and sat down..to my amazement it was MoN! and what was even more amazing, satj just a few tables down Randy, the General and Sven sharing a pashwari naan and popadoms. I was so shocked I sat down, I found myself sat next to a guy eating on his own, I asked his name and he said he was Robert Bradley here for a job interview. Just got back home, had a lovely curry with Robert. Think MoN must have ordered a vindaloo because he looked like he was crying.
