Can we sell players if we dont have a manager? I was looking for new blood at the start of the transfer market but with MON now gone looking to hold on to what we have. I am a fan of MON and would have liked to have seen him stay but I am a little excited by the prospect of a manager to see if he can better with what we have. I think we do have a good young squad and would like to see a better rotation of players, Delph, Albrighton and Del boy to play parts.

A new manager puts a different slant on things and players will have a fresh start to fight for their place in the team. We may not need any new signings yet, only time will tell. Thing is we don't have time unless Randy acts quickly and gets the next messiah in :-). Would like Hiddink but that's unlikely, same as Joachim Loew who has done a great job with Germany but again unlikely. Dream ticket may be for Sven/Beckham cos it opens doors for the club and the marketing kick backs are still very much there with Becks on board. Is Prince William still a Villa fan? We could ask him to pull a few royal strings and to get our man.

Van Gaal? Yes please. Please not Curbs or any Villa ex-player.

Kenwyne Jone shas turned down Stoke in a £5m move...we should get this guy AND yes, I do know I am the only person who rates him. Consider Jones, Keane, Ireland as our only buys and we wont have broken the bank at all....as long as we move Beye, Reo and a few other on then it's all doable...bye, i'm off to work now.

Klinsmann could well be an option for us, available etc but does he want to get back into management?

Confusing messages about Milner/Ireland, but seems the deal hasn't been done so he could be a Villa boy tomorrow. Wonder what reception he'll get. Good I hope, he might decide to stay now MON has gone.
